Between the months of September and May, the whole congregation gathers on a bi-weekly basis to confess their faults and to hear a brief address by The Father or one of the other members of the congregation in alternation. Drawing on the sources of Oratorian tradition, in particular The Excellences of the Oratory of Fr. Agnelli, these addresses deal with the nature of the Oratorian life, our vocation of prayer, the trials and challenges of living together, and the goals we pursue as a community. They provide regular encouragement and points of meditation for the fathers and brothers of the congregation.
