Fr. Daniel visits a production of “All Our Children”
British playwright Stephen Unwin’s new play, All Our Children, had its American premiere at the Sheen Center in New York in April and May. A work of historical fiction based on the systematic murder of disabled children by the Nazi regime, it has one historical personage as a character in the play: Blessed Clemens August von Galen, the Bishop of Münster. As the author of a biography of the great Lion of Münster, Fr Daniel Utrecht of the Oratory was invited to the Sheen Center to take part in a ‘talkback’ after the matinee presentation on May 11.
